Children ages 1-3 and their parents or caregivers are invited to Toddler Story time at Dowagiac District Library.  We will have books, songs, action rhymes, and other fun activities that help participants develop early literacy skills that is immediately followed by a play group.  Toddler Story Time takes place every Thursday at 10:30 am.
